All orders are prepared and dispatched from our Paris studio within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated (e.g. made-to-order items).

Orders shipped within the European Union are dispatched from Paris and do not incur customs duties or import taxes.
For destinations outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is lost before delivery, the responsibility remains with AEREA Studio and the carrier.
