All AEREA Studio homeware is designed in Europe and made to order using advanced 3D printing and finishing processes.

Due to the nature of digital craftsmanship, minor flaws can be visible due to the different impression layers or to the hot end tool. These irregularities are perfectly normal and part of the process.

To choose the right color, trust your instinct and go for the one that resonates with you the most. If you're still unsure, take a look around your interior: identify the three main colors in your interior and choose the shade that harmonizes best with one, or even all, of them.

Made-to-Order Products

AEREA STUDIO homeware products are produced, assembled, and finished to order in our Paris studio.

While most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, larger pieces or higher-volume orders may require additional production time.

Should an unexpected delay occur, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are dispatched from France and are not subject to additional customs duties upon delivery.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns

Consumers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order by contacting info@aerea.studio and providing their order number.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation provided with the order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or incomplete return.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@aerea.studio within a reasonable period after delivery and provide photographs together with your order number.

Where a manufacturing defect or non-conformity is confirmed, AEREA STUDIO will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
