Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation provided with the order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or incomplete return.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Where a manufacturing defect or non-conformity is confirmed, AEREA STUDIO will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
